It's difficult and traumatizing enough that your pet may be sick, and it is more agonizing when your beloved pet is not getting better. It is distressing and emotionally painful when your pet dies.
It is very disturbing to find out that your veterinarian was intentionally defrauding you, causing great bodily injury on your pet, and secretly experimenting on your pet for their own selfish gains.

We would like to hear from you if you were sued, sent to collections or received aggressive or abusive treatment by the following veterinary practices: Encina Veterinary Hospital, Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc., and East Bay Veterinary Specialists.
We would like you to tell us about your experience(s) at Encina Veterinary Hospital if you had questionable services, such as, prolonged services, your pet was not healing, but becoming sicker, if you didn't know what was going on with your pet at the practice, and if you learned that the practice kept testing without giving you results or giving you results that weren't true or didn't give you test results even if it was for one test. We would like to know if your pet had been vaccinated and the veterinary practice proceeded with procedures where your pet became sicker. We would also like to know if your pet was euthanized by the veterinary practice or a different entity as a result of services that you received at the practice.

The veterinary fraud scheme is where the veterinary practice gives the client false information or intentionally omits information about the condition of the animal in the initial consultation. Then they perform unnecessary procedures causing great bodily injuries, they performed unconsented and more services. Drugs are also used to further services. Some of the clients that were targeted were long-time clients and then at the end-of-the life of the animal, the veterinary practice withholds options, creates more services and more harm when the animal should be euthanized or live in a hospice setting.

Update: It is one year since I am updating the petition supporter count due to ramped up adversarial attacks. Do not sign the petition at this time as justice efforts are through other means (Refer to the "Take Action" page.) Total support as of today, Tuesday, May 19, 2020, is 1,445.
Update: Petition signers has increased to 1,174 (Reporting Date: May 17, 2019) while shut down attacks continue to plague "Justice" efforts. As of August 5, 2018 there are 853 signed supporters after donation button was restored. Since then, culprits sabotaged the petition by closing it again. It's since been reopened. In June of 2018, the 2012 Evidence photos from FB have been removed. We are working on restoring. (Currently 692 as of February 5, 2018. Petition has been hacked to stop supporters from signing. Over 500 since September 26, 2016)
