I proved in my Part 2, Patch article, "Judges practice their Catholic upbringing in Court: A Cruel Trap" (Click here for Patch article) investigative reporting and analytical case comparisons), that the Contra Costa County Legal System is operating under Roman Empire Catholic Church judge's upbringings and their forceful and terrorist influences with other U.S. government officials, even the U.S. Federal government, employees, and the community to deny rightful services and justices. They are sexualizing, lying, and discriminating in the work place, behaving in bizarre ways, obliterating their target(s), and committing cruel, inhumane, illegal and degrading acts on unsuspecting people who need court services or are targeted and end up in Cruel Court, and other people as a whole in our community. They have NO INTENTIONS OF COEXISTING LEGALLY and PEACEFULLY! The government culprits and their aider and abetters must be indicted and convicted for their court crimes.

Cruel Court Practices Stem from Catholic Action

The first judge who made illegal decisions in my case, Mink v Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc. et al (Click here to read petition), was Judge Barbara Zuniga, a Mexican-American Catholic, born October 20, 1945, who grew up in Thousands Oaks, California, and lists herself as a "M" (Male) on her county Court Profile, whose Mexican born parents immigrated to the United States. Barbara doesn't even have ancestral roots in the U.S. Valid questions that need to be answered are; Why does Barbara Zuniga have vengeance on me?, Who else has she retaliated against?, How many court cases has she committed Perjury, Deprivation of Civil Rights, and Conspired to and committed Obstruction of Justice?, Does Barbara have a gender identity crisis?, Is she Female or Male?, and does her gender identity effect her work decisions?, Is that a typographical error?, and Was she molested and raped by her father, Father, or someone else when she was a child?

It is true that the Roman Catholic Church's goal, since their inception, is their "...Catholic social action movement...", and that "Catholic women (were) to assume public roles and to work creatively in defence of their faith", quote from Mexican Catholic Women's Activism, 1929-1940, pp 29-30 and first and third paragraphs of Abstract at the beginning of Thesis (Click here for Thesis of Kristina A. Boylan, University of Oxford, 2000), which is obviously secretive and the public wouldn't know. It's also shocking to experience their cruel endeavors and discover their actual motives. And, in Mexico, after the Cristero Rebellion of 1926-1929, where "scheming" priests became violent and conjured up a political war against "anticlericalism of the Mexican government", as Protestants, politicians, and entrepreneurs "built a movement to transform their traditionally Catholic nation into a center of secular economic expansion", as quoted from Cristero Rebellion, Encylopedia.com (Click here for article), rather than embrace a government representing a diversely populated country where they protect people's property rights, civil rights, human rights, and creating justice and peace. Catholics have a history of forcing non-Catholics under their control and committing destructive rampages. The Roman Empire's Catholic Action's ultimate goal is World Domination and to get people's money and has NOTHING to do with The Way of Jesus, The Prince of Peace or even Jesus, The Way, The Truth and The Life, except that they use Jesus' name. The Roman Catholic's cruelty has taken over Contra Costa County and they need to be stopped!

Roman Catholic Practices Create Hostility and Promote Destruction

Here are more Roman Catholic behaviors and word phrases to recognize that are used by those they influence:

"You are complaining." (Surprisingly in an intimidating voice, unbeknownst to "You", to oppress you because they want to get away with their deceptive practices.), also, other intentionally accusatory words directed at abuser's target(s) are, "suspicious" and

"slandering", when reporting or addressing issues, communicating real experiences, or filing official complaints. In the 2015 movie, based on true events, "El Bosque de Karadima" (Click here for Netflix link to movie), (Click here for IMDb database of this film), the cruel priest, Father Fernando Karadima, who, through obsession and at great lengths of plotting, sexualized young men, psychologically manipulated them into sex relations, took advantage of their naivety, and their trust of his supposedly honorable man of faith superiority, degraded one of his target's wife by using psychological depravity, also known as "gaslighting", claiming that her worries and concerns about the recent changes in her husband's behavior was "complaining", "suspicious" and "slandering". He then used the Catholic M.O. of "Guilt Trip" to make her feel humiliated when, in fact, he knew he was still raping her husband. When I was forced to Napa State Hospital (NSH), after I was kidnapped, for the second time, by two Contra Costa County Sheriff Deputies in October of 2012 by an illegal court ordered Bench Warrant from Presiding Judge Diana Becton, the doctor Psychiatrist, Dr. HaeSook Yuo, called me "suspicious". She used another term, that I can't remember now, that I kept repeating at the beginning of the Behavioral Health Court (BHC) program in the Fall of 2013, and the doctor Psychologist, Dr. Martha Wilson, told us during a group session that it was "not a mental illness" when one of the male clients asked about the term I was saying I had. (My expression was dumbfounded and confused.) So what were they doing? They were lying about me and I couldn't prove it at that time, because the Legal System knew that they were intentionally covering-up Healthcare Fraud Schemes and White Collar Crimes. I also learned during the VA PRRC (Veterans Affairs Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Recovery Center), while I was illegally court ordered into the BHC program, that Anger is not a mental illness. Then in August of 2016 I discovered that I was libeled and now I could prove it through my healthcare records from NSH. I respectfully asked my Veterans Affairs (VA) health care professionals to correct my record and get other services. I was shocked at their bizarre and cruel responses continuing to refer to me in the same libeling manner, using degrading and insulting words and comments, such as, that I don't have an eye disability even though I was born with a weak muscle called, Crossed Eyes (Strabismus) and I have Lazy Eye (Amblyopia), and the VA woman eye doctor, Dr. Hannum, knew all about it and argued at me claiming I was saying I was ADA (American with Disabilities Act) disabled, regardless of that I was respectful in explaining the form that needed completing which included non-ADA disabilities too. She said there was something wrong with me mentally even though there is no delusion or NOS in my mental health test results. The male psychiatrist, Dr. George, said, "Why don't you go back to Napa State Hospital to get a service dog letter.", and accused me that I was claiming that I was blind when I asked for a service dog letter. They intentionally increased my Anxiety and maliciously triggered my PTSD by use of their specially selected wording and using my personal information about me and my needs. (Redacted copy of my copy below of Napa State Hospital initial intake Capacity questions on January 31, 2013, the day I arrived, evidenced and clearly stating that I am "suspicious" specifically for successful White Collar Crime Fighting listed in the letter to Judge Barbara Zuniga (that J. Zuniga claims is a direct threat to her life), the day I was forced transported to NSH in a "Dog Truck". I was also sick with the flu and had fainted in the unit's, very limited, infirmary the next morning where I had to report for a blood draw.):

The letter I wrote to Judge Barbara Zuniga is not a threat. Legally, a threat MUST be DIRECT. Pages 2 and 3 of my 4 page letter, are directed to J. Barbara Zuniga. The Contra Costa County DA, the "Bad Blood" attorney Jane Elliot, and the two Sheriff Deputies who came to my home in Concord, omitted pages 2 and 3. Supposedly, the two deputies were recording the psychological and physical terror they had carried out, ordered by their superiors. The 4 page letter I wrote was my reaction of shock, horror, anger, and disgust of the California 1st District Court of Appeal, Division One, decision by Presiding Justice James Marchiano, Justice Dondero, and Justice Banke, because their written words didn't make any sense whatsoever and NEVER addressed any of the issues in my case, Mink v Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc. et al. If Judge Barbara Zuniga was not loyal to her hate-cult religion, she would have settled my civil case expeditiously. If she were a rational and legitimately judge, she would have not used the judicial system to terrorize me because she knew that I was not a threat; she would be just. In the horrific Larry Nassar case, one of the victim's father attacked insidious Nassar in the court room during Victim Impact Statements hearing and had to be tackled and restrained by Sheriff deputies. Later, in a court hearing for the assault, the Judge made a strong statement that she understands his anger and rage, but does not condone revenge and that seeking justice is handled through the court system, and she would not press charges against him because she knows he had an emotional response to what he had heard in court that day regarding the Victim Impact Statements by his daughters about their perpetrator Nassar (Click here for Global News, "Father who attacked Larry Nassar won't face charges", YouTube video, published Feb. 2, 2018). I demand judge(s), officials, who practice and are loyal to U.S., California laws.

When I was representing myself, I was respectful to Judge Zuniga, Commissioner Judith Sanders, the court clerks, bailiffs, and law enforcement and I was following the law as described in the law books. It was unbeknownst to me that, in fact, they were conspiring to destroy me, and they did, by their opportunistic greed, using their job titles, and Security Clearances. It was unbeknownst to me at the time that Barbara, as a person, was obsessed with me, so much, that she couldn't stop making decisions about my case even after she was automatically disqualified as a judge. I had sent complaint letters to Presiding Judge Mary Ann O'Malley and she responded by committing illegal acts of Deprivation of Civil Rights, as evidenced in her letter dated December 11, 2009, and "closed" my Rights on me. Another bizarre response they make is, "no further action will be taken", as evidenced. The Commission on Judicial Performance (CJP) woman responded to my official complaint this way too. I asked, "What action (disciplinary action) did you take?" since there was already "further action". I had also wrote about a mocking incident with a woman clerk and PJ O'Malley responded to my reporting in my letter by denying my complaint about that issue too. Unbeknownst to me at the time, I had also been given bad information by a woman when I had called the courthouse that I could go to PJ O'Malley's office in the A.F. Bray Courthouse on Ward Street, Martinez, California. What they (the gov court people) don't tell the public, media or investigators, is that they have a peculiar tone of voice, a snide behavior that can't be described fully except to use the words, mock, ridicule, make-fun-of, give-the-run-around, deny, exasperate, antagonize, etc... And these legal system women keep denying that they are behaving that way. But here is more evidence that PJ O'Malley lied in her letter to me. While I was conducting business at the Courthouse I heard women talking about their hair, their shoes, shopping, flirting with men, their weekend activities, their second home, and the "Bad blood" attorney Jane Elliot told me that pages 2 and 3 of my letter to J. Zuniga are omitted, that Barbara Zuniga is a "Black Widow Spider" and an "Ice Princess", she told me that when she first worked at a law firm the woman there was..., and she used words to the effect that the woman was mean in words to her, how she couldn't make it as an attorney when she was younger and a man (I don't know who) told her to get a job at the Public Defender's Office and then she could get the house she wanted, she talked at lengths about her yard at her home in Martinez, related to neighbor and that she needed a fence, and on several occasions she talked about her travels, and she NEVER represented me and continual harassed me, especially when I demanded that I be represented (the legal system would NOT allow me to fire her and the judges would NOT allow an attorney that would represent me). During the entire time that I had to communicate with Jane, she behaved and said very bizarre statements to me, such as repeating my words in a mimick, telling me to Shhhhh, when I asked business like questions about my case, she talked about my attire, which were my pretty and inexpensive dresses, she told me that my case was a "Death Sentence", and when I desperately requested that she protect me and represent me, she said that I have "delusions of grandeur", and that she could do whatever she wanted. On another occasion, she flipped open her jacket to show me her breast outside the courtroom before the hearing with Judge Brian Haynes, and she antagonized me outside the courtroom before the hearing with Judge Clare Maier and then saying that she was going to order that I be taken away. In fact, in one hearing before J Maier, I had to cite law to get rightful second doctors report, and J Maier granted a second doctor. It is illegal for the represented to represent themselves before the judge. Jane stood next to me and said nothing. Then, behind my back, she sabotaged me from a doctor report to protect me. On August 28, 2015, I received a strange email that was very similar to Jane's email address that went to a free weight loss product asking for my credit card information. She did not respond to my inquiries about that email. On September 8, 2015, I reported it to the Interim Director Bill Green of the Contra Costa County Criminal Conflict Panel. On April 23, 2016, I received a strange email from her with "dish it up" in the subject heading but there was a link to show the message and an error code. On May 4, 2016, I received an email from her with the subject heading, "We're ready for you", and again there was a link to the message and an error code. Evidence that she is, in fact, disparagingly harassing me.

In the report from the Sheriff's Department, Judge Zuniga admits that she knows who I am, that she recognizes my physical appearance from my DMV photo, that she can talk about my civil case and she did, and that she was the hearing judge in my case. She falsely claims that my four page letter, that was also sent to 10 other government agencies, and individuals, which are: the Commission on Judicial Performance(CJP), Judicial Counsel of California Administrative Office of Courts, The State Bar of California, California Veterinary Medical Board, Mark Peterson District Attorney, Steve Bolen, Deputy District Attorney, Walnut Creek Police Chief, Joel H. Bryden, Lewis Brisbaard & Smith, LLP (Defendant's law firm), Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman, LLP (Defendant's law firm), Jackson & Wallace, LLP (Defendant's former law firm), is a threat to her life. Clearly indicating that there is a conspiracy to cover-up my case Mink v Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc. et al. Never do any of them mention pages 2 and 3 which is directed to Judge Barbara Zuniga, but instead omit pages 2 and 3. Were they having sex with one another? How many are Catholic?, because Catholics teach to torture, steal, cover-up, and deny. Are any of them having sex with Dr. Roger Johnson or any of the other veterinarians or staff there? In August of 2012, I wrote a complaint letter to the then U.S. Secretary of State, Mr. Ken Salazar, exposing insidious Catholic court cruelty and requested deployment of the National Guard. I never heard back. I learned that Ken Salazar is a devout Catholic and studied to be a priest, "Raised in a devout Catholic family, Salazar spent two years in the seminary..." He grew up poor and is Hispanic. (Click here for "Salazar, Kenneth Lee", History, Art & Archives, U.S. House of Representatives, Biography). I even explained to him in a one page letter that "I look like an American Native Indian." He was nominated by President Obama in 2009 as the 50th U.S. Secretary of State. I demand answers because Ken Salazar was not practicing U.S. laws. He was loyal and protecting his Catholic religion.

In summary, the women (men) intentionally committed court crimes, conspired with others, and practiced a sexualizing cult-like clique in an elaborate, long-term, slow annihilation process to perpetrate their evil sex culture and get away and cover-up their sadistic obsession about me, an unsuspecting litigant who was directed to my local court regarding my fee dispute by the California Veterinary Medical Board in their Right-To-Sue-Letter dated March 15, 2007. Can they be indicted and convicted for conspiracy and aiding and abetting to attempt mansaughter? Sanctioning and censuring them will only encourage more White Collar Crime and stealing of money. In addition, Catholics will protect another Catholic where non-Catholics exist and express themselves. Catholics think that they are above the law. They must be indicted and convicted of Destruction of a Witness, Obstruction of Justice, Witness and Evidence Tampering, Intimidation, Conspiracy, Deprivation of Civil Rights, Perjury, Treason, +. And restore the judicial system to California Law and the Laws of this Land.

Other terms and phrases that Catholics may say and use to cause harm and deny rights:

- Catholic says: I haven't done any harm. (This is because they don't teach Cause and Effect, and instead teach to NOT take responsibility for their harmful actions.)

- You schmooze, you lose. (This is used to claim the victim does not have rights in seeking justice. Pursuant to law, this thought and denial process is illegal. They are committing Deprivation of Civil Rights, and Treason.)

- Don't let this get to your head. (This is said to NOT give credit where credit is due. This phrase may be thought through secretly and then you will see the results. You are diminished or rid of.)

- Don't encourage her/him.

- You're Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. (This is said when their target begins having an adverse reaction and or calling out for help because they are being psychologically depraved.)

- When someone talks, (especially when reporting White Collar Crime(s)), talk over them, discourage listening, and make them feel guilty.

- You're just disappointing. You're just sensitive. (Minimizing traumatizing and harmful actions and their after effects because they don't believe in Cause and Effect.)

- He/she is a sore loser. (They say this when their victim seeks justice and they intentionally and maliciously keep denying their victim on purpose to watch them suffer.)

- Don't tell him/her/them anything.

- Plead the 5th. (This is said to get away with their lies and crimes.)

- What's inside his/her head. (This is to blame someone for something they haven't done so they have to concoct something.)

- If you couldn't figure it out, that's your problem.

- Don't play dumb with me. (This is to intimidate to cover up the harmful act they caused.)

- Let's see how far we can go with this. The sky's the limit. (This is secretly plotted among themselves to exploit, steal and defraud unsuspecting target(s)(customers).)

- You're having a hissy fit. (This is another intimidation tactic to blame their victim or oppress their target(s).)

- You're a Drauma Queen. (Same meaning as latter.)

- In secret, either by themself or with others, when someone has a conversation to learn about another or others, say, "They're nosey."

- Replace your wife/husband/girlfriend/boyfriend/pet. (This is because of the people and pets are objects for use practice, rather than humans are human beings and pets express themselves and interact.)

- You're spoiling your pet. (When, in fact, you are being responsible, such as, providing pet(s) clothing to keep them warm and dry.)

It's their degradation ploy to take over, get rid of their target(s), to obliterate to have the upperhand and control.

More Catholic Abusers in communities that proves their M.O.

1. John Wayne Gacy, the mass serial rapist murderer was "born" in "1942" in "Chicago, Illinois", U.S.A., the son of Polish and Danish parents. His grandparents "immigrated from Poland", source from, "John Wayne Gacy, Wikipedia" (Click here for Wikipedia article). He was raised Catholic and he and his siblings "attended Catholic schools.", quotes from, "The Clown that Killed", "Weird & Haunted Chicago", prairieghosts. com (Click here for article). He was "enrolled in a Catholic school in 1947", information from, "John Wayne Gacy", "The Killer Clown", Department of Psychology, Radford University (Click here for PDF). He states in a prison interview in 1993 that he's went to Catholic services for the last 10 years of his incarceration. That he's gone to Confession and Communion and that he's at peace within himself when asked if he fears being executed, and also states, "Do you believe you've lived your life the right way, then you do not have nothing to fear." A typical M.O. of having absolutely no remorse for the sadistic and torturous death of his victims, and the wrongs that he committed. He's totally in denial. He used God and Jesus to justify his evil acts as right. Gacy says, "...vengeance is mine, saith the Lord, because you will have executed somebody who didn't commit the crime.", and in a different and very rational sounding statement, when in fact, it's the opposite of what he practices: "If you serve others, it will come back to serve you.", quotes from "John Wayne Gacy - serial killer documeson ntary", Crime Stories (Click here for YouTube documentary), and his heinous acts are teachings of the Roman Catholic Church, for example, he restrained his victims hands and arms, in some cases, by pretending to be a police officer, he made them get naked, he held his victim's head under water. One victim, a 16 year old, who was not murdered, and an employee of Gacy's construction company, as Gacy presented as "boy fun", was handcuffed when Gacy wrestled him at his home, uninvited when his parents were away: Looking for an opportunity to commit sadistic destruction, as the judges and justices, law enforcement and doctors did in my case(s). In my Patch, Part 2 article, I included Barbara's statement that her job is "fun and interesting". The victim was able to get the handcuff off when Gacy stepped away. When he returned, the victim, a school wrestler, flipped him down to the ground and handcuffed him. Gacy explained it away as if he were testing him, and the boy kept working for him. Testimony from victim in, "Monster in My Family S01E06 - Killer Clown: John Wayne Gacy" (Click here for YouTube new documentary). "His psychiatrists would come to believe that the motive could be traced to his abusive childhood.", and the defense psychiatrist, Helen Morrison said, "...to see how someone would react.", was one of Gacy's motives, quotes from "Serial Killers 19/25 - John Wayne Gacy Monster in Disguise" (Click here for YouTube new documentary), and in another case of another surviving victim who was an employee and rented a room at Gacy's house, Gacy mocked and laughed at him after he handcuffed him, poking him, repeatedly saying, "Does this bother you.", in a wicked tone of voice. Then Gacy, in his Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde mode, turned into a "mad dog". They wrestled and somehow the victim got Gacy to the ground and got the key, went to his room, and then moved out. That's cruelty and sadism, watching someone suffer and enjoying it, as if it's fun; Just like Judge Barbara Zuniga states in her County Profile that her job is "fun". Gacy said, "It was fun being a clown, you could be yourself, or act a fool." "He would do favors for people", quote from Gacy's attorney, Sam Amirante in "John Wayne Gacy 3/5" (Click here for YouTube news documentary). Gacy thought he was God with his victims, he saw them as objects, and, "They were trash.", from, "Bill Kurtis, Buried Secrets (John Wayne Gacy) / American Justice, Season 5, Episode 4, aired 1996" (Click here for basic info on tv.com), and Gacy blamed his crimes on his victims saying, referring to his victims, "...that didn't die through their own hands, or through their own wrong doing.", which is another Catholic teaching where the perpetrated switches the blame onto the victim, justifying their cruel acts which are to take control and have the upper hand, the same as the CRUEL COURT. In the based on a true story movie, "Dear Mr. Gacy", (Warning: Disturbing Content; Click here for TubiTV link to movie), college student, Jason Moss, was able to learn about Gacy's mind through creating a "friendship" through mail correspondence to understand Gacy's crimes and behaviors. Gacy continued his master manipulation and cunning-nous by getting his phone number and calling him, and eventually inviting him to visit him before his execution. After confirming with the prison about a safe visit with Gacy and led to believe he would be safe to visit Gacy, Jason was terrorized by Gacy in the visiting cell where the two were left alone. Gacy used two phrases that are related to Catholics and used as threats, "I got your back pal", and "You do for me and I'll do for you.", both of these are extortion tactics and used to keep control of their target(s) and at that level, you are being manipulated to accept it. Who I thought was a family friend since I was in the U.S. Navy, used a similar phrase and his credit card bank used a similar phrase around the same time when the certain cruel gov women and men ramped up terrorist attacks directed at me. They were perpetrating espionage to stop me from seeking justice. It is the opposite of how he might say to people he likes and those he seeks political, work and achieving ladders or make himself look good, as I quoted him above, "If you serve others, it will come back to serve you."; It's very selfish motives. Before his execution, Gacy continued to call Jason as he was ignoring his phone calls due to being traumatized by Gacy's mind-manipulation and obsessions. Gacy used a different tone of voice apologizing to Jason, then when Jason answered, Gacy's wicked, evil threats were back. Jason explained that Gacy was a project for college. But, in Catholic fashion, Gacy got the last word in by sending him a letter, saying they were the same, that's how bizarre Catholic endeavors of never ending their lying, narcissistic, sociopathic, sadistic and Borderline Personality ways. This horrific case also reveals that law enforcement repeatedly ignored and demeaned the parents of their missing children passing them off as runaways. I learned that Chicago has a large population of Catholics, Irish Catholics, Italian Catholics and Polish Catholics. In the 1997 crime documentary, The New Detectives: Season 2 - Ep 1 "Mind Hunters" (Click here for YouTube video), reports that "75% of world serial rapists are American products", "like baseball, apple pie, mom, and serial homicide.", quote by Robert Ressler, FBI Criminal Profiler.

The rape mentality and predatory flirt is much more prevalent in main stream America today which creates a higher divorce rate, more domestic violence, more female aggression's on female(s) due to their anger regarding their sexually dissatisfied and addicted spouse/boyfriend that increases spousal abuse, and the breakdown of trusting two-partner families, more single households, same sex sex relationships, and even lesbian(s) retaliating against heterosexual women, men and children. U.S. needs to change to a law abiding society and govern through democracy, not secretly through the papacy which creates millions of tyrants, both male and female. This needs to stop.

The issue is if you keep your sexual endeavors out of the workplace and do your job, there wouldn't be any problems. Sexual deviance is when you allow your sexual endeavors to infringe on other(s), and plotting those acts in secrecy before carrying them out.

My local court, law enforcement, and the Legal System are blaming me for dime a dozen serial rapists and predatory flirts knowing that I'm the victim of a heinous veterinary fraud schemes, including Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc. et al operating an illegal dog lab, perpetrating medical diabolics, and maliciously using drugs to injure my beloved Pug and physically injuring me, and carrying out their terrorist attacks, including illegal espionage, to obliterate me from rightful California Justice. That's a far cry from following California Laws. Indict and convict them. Indict and convict them. I'm waiting to give Victim Impact Statements.

When I was stationed at Naval Training Center, Great Lakes, Illinois, Recruit Training Command, in 1981 to 1983, which is about 40 minutes from Chicago, I remembered the environment there was one of the most sexually deviant (creepy - as in sinister) places that I lived. Now I think it's in the Contra Costa County Legal System and those in the community that protect them.

The American Dream is not deceptive

2. The American Dream isn't about defrauding people as Jan Lewandowski, the Polka King, did by running a multi-million dollar Ponzi scheme defrauding "some 400 people in 22 states". (Click here for Jan Lewan, Wikipedia article.) Jan is Polish Catholic, born during Nazi-German occupied Poland. He defected from Communist Poland in the 1970's while on a theater tour group in Ontario, Canada. He had sought the American Dream and came to the U.S. But he wasn't practicing the American Dream, he was practicing deception and Fraud through acting and had no remorse about stealing and ruining unsuspecting people's lives. The U.S., State of Pennsylvania notified him to stop his initial Promissory Notes because they were illegal and his response, in the based on a true story movie, The Polka King (Click here for Netflix movie), "Uh, in Poland everybody do bribes. Do you do bribes?", he said to the government official. Jan continued illegal promissory notes under a different name. He also started offering travel tours to Europe featuring a personal visit with the Pope. The Roman Catholic Church accepted his requests under the guise of knowing Jan Lewan, but Jan was using his investors money to pay-off the Vatican for the superficial connection with the Pope. The U.S. federal government sentenced him to 5 years and 11 months and 7 years in New Jersey served concurrently. He was stabbed in the neck while incarcerated. He was released from prison in 2009. There is a discrepancy regarding the year he was born. The article states he was born in 1948. The Wikipedia article refers to him being born in 1941. Poland in 1948 was under Communist rule and began after the Nazi-German occupation from 1939 - 1945, ending in 1991. Jan Lewan was not practicing the American Dream, just like the veterinarians at Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc. et al and the judges, justices, DA, Sheriff's Department, Public Defender's Office, Criminal Conflict Panel, CONREP, doctors at NSH, BHC, and VA PRRC and VA Clinic Martinez, California. (Emphasis on) Judge Barbara Zuniga and Justice James Marchiano don't even have ancestral roots in the U.S., as I proved. My father's paternal side of the family immigrated here from Finland and have been here in America since 1641.

Contra Costa County Public Defender Robin Lipetzky, Judge Nancy Stark, Judge Jeffrey Tauber...are criminals:

In 2012, attorney Christopher Martin sued (class action lawsuit) Contra Costa County Public Defender Robin Lipetzky in federal court for denying poor litigants attorney representation at their first court hearing after he discovered while representing a client through the conflicts panel. These government officials make false statements and excuses about why they are not following laws, claiming they do not have enough money. Robin knows what she is doing, and it's not legal. I proved they spend all their time mocking, harassing, torturing, intimidating, playing shenanigans, omitting, destroying and tampering with evidence, lying, gawking, conspiring, trapping, sabotaging, terrorizing, behaving bizarre, sexualizing, and destroying unsuspecting people who need court services or end up in court through the government's criminal behaviors, such as the Guo case and my case. There are other cases too:

1. While I was wrongly incarcerated there was a White, tall, short-haired blonde, educated woman, about in her late 30's, that was incarcerated for helping a homeless man. Her mother was from a European country. The Cruel Court also forced her into Behavioral Health Court. She didn't need training in behavior. The insidious government people were degrading her and used their job titles and security clearances to break her positive spirit, control her, and ruin her.

2. There was another case where a young, attractive, dark haired, multi-cultural woman who was arrested and charged with the murder of her mother when the legal system knew that she was not the murderer. She was imprisoned for about 15 years. I met her while I was wrongly incarcerated. We were in the same section of the women's housing building, however, she was assigned to a cell where inmates await deportation. They intentionally deprived her of her right to live a thriving life.

3. There was a Black woman about age 50 with health issues who was being held at WCDF without the legal system having evidence against her, as I understood it. The Sheriff's Department just kept her in jail, extending her stay, I'm guessing, waiting for her to confess. Whether you like it or not, it's illegal. She was still incarcerated for at a years time when I was released.

I was kidnapped on June 21, 2011 by two Sheriff Deputies where they purposely omitted pages 2 and 3 of my 4 page letter sent to Judge Barbara Zuniga. I was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility awaiting transport to West County Detention Facility (WCDF), Richmond, California. I was forced to my arraignment hearing before Judge Nancy Stark, without attorney representation, who claimed that I threatened Judge Barbara Zuniga. Judge Stark is paid to review cases, so she knew all about mine. Her voice sounded like she was doing something wrong. But in 2013, "Judge Stark said she couldn’t see the value to society in going forward. She didn’t want the man to be stigmatized for the rest of his life as a sex offender.", quote from The Mercury News article (Click here for Bay Area News Group, "Judge dismisses statutory rape case involving consensual sex between then-Antioch teens") because Judge Stark protects sex offenders and destroyed victims. She doesn't even follow California Laws. ""The conduct here is not as innocent as the defense or court makes it seem," Wilks said in court.", quote by Deputy district attorney Adam Wilks, in the rape case. Deputy DA Wilks was the prosecutor during People v Mink case under Judge Jeffrey Tauber from Alameda County. Shockingly, Nancy Stark and the other government officials and doctors would devalue me, a single woman, age 50, with a clean record and a legitimately earned credit score of 820 regular and 802 auto by age 45, to be falsely stigmatized as a criminal and mentally ill with paranoid schizophrenia and delusions for the rest of my life when in fact both of those false claims are cruel, inhumane, degrading, barbaric and Treasonous and she committed Deprivation of Civil Rights along with other charges, such as, Conspiracy; Never to follow laws or congratulate me for civilly fighting for justice and proving through evidence that I was defrauded by Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc. et al and unbeknownst to me, that they Converted my beloved Elvira to their own use in an illegal dog lab. Attorney Christopher Martin spoke up and fought civilly for his clients. Contrary to "Bad blood" attorney Jane Elliot, assigned to me through the Public Defender's Office, Robin Lipetzky, who referred my case to the Contra Costa County Criminal Conflict Panel for indigents, knowing that they, the women law officials, including Presiding Judge Diana Becton, had already denied me my rights, denied me rightful justice in my civil case, and completely destroyed me, including my excellent character and work ethics and decency (my sex life has nothing to do with the business transaction at Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc. et al. I was the prevailing party and pursuant to law, I was to be protected.). I sent a 4 page letter with 5 exhibits to Public Defender Robin Lipetzky and "Bad blood" attorney Jane Elliot dated October 31, 2011 to drop the charge and dismiss the case, People v Mink, because they were making fraudulent decisions and Jane was not protecting my rights. Robin was fully aware of my case against Encina, the other victims of Encina, and cruel Catholic influence and Judge Barbara Zuniga's illegal and terroristic acts and decision making.

Judge Jeffrey Tauber claims to be a judge of "human connection between the criminal justice system and the individual standing before it.​" and that's why Drug Courts and Problem-Solving Courts were created, quote from his website, "Reentry Court Solutions A resource for community based reentry systems" (Click here for Judge Tauber's website)​, yet, he participated in Cruel Court and never expressed to me, or had any concerns about me, of a human connection with me or remotely attempting to stop the snapped women, attorney Jane Elliot, Director of BHC, Dr. Martha Wilson, Case Manager Raven Oyedeji, my BHC therapist, Nicole Takla, and the woman director psychologist of the Martinez Detention Facility, from their vile fantasies about me, where they concocted harmful lies about me and entered into court records that effected my VA medical records to my lifetime detriment as we can see the results of their barbaric acts. Judge Tauber never talked with me on a human level to find out details from me, matched with evidence, to all of the horrific torture I was intentionally subjected to. Instead, he participated in it, and as I exposed in my Patch article, Part 2, "Judges practice their Catholic upbringing in court: A Cruel Trap", he kept me incarcerated as long as he could on a false charge, which was no more than one year, and approved of the WCDF depriving me of food and medical care. In court, he even acted as if he was double checking on the law for the charge pertaining to a wobbler. I had brought up the wobbler to Jane and knew her and how she would gossip with the judges prior to the hearings; it's possible they were mocking me again. All of them were, in fact, trying to hopefully kill me through their knowledge of the detriments of detainment, food and medical deprivation, psychological warfare and degradation, and obliteration, and effects thereof to the human mind, body and spirit.

The vile and illegal pattern is evidenced. Again, Again, Again, Again and Again X hundreds of thousands of people trapped in the court system, they continually are not following the laws of the State of California. The government women (men) are behaving criminally. I demand that they all be indicted and convicted. California is not the Vatican. California is not a convent. California is not North Korea.

"According to the FBI's 2015 crime data, three of the 12 most dangerous cities in Northern California are in Contra Costa County..." and the judges are crazily allowing criminals to walk free. Diana Becton is a scandal! Indict and convict her for conspiring to destroy me, and for destroying me.

In addition to the evidence included with Part 2 Patch article, "Judges practice their Catholic upbringing in Court: A Cruel Trap", I received a letter, dated September 26, 2012, from attorney Jane Elliot expressing her surprise that I wasn't in court and then she lied saying that she said that I needed to be there. Since July of 2011 when she was assigned to represent me, she has done nothing but behave bizarre, condescend, degrade, harass, mock, lie about me, slander me, sexualize me, and talk about me behind my back to the judges without protecting me or explaining to them who I am or factually stating that the charge of threatening an official is ludicrous and that I should have never been arrested or charged because I didn't commit any crime. I had recorded the message and I currently can not find it. As many already know, my personal property was taken over, ransacked, damaged, stolen, and I am left with what I have. I again was desperately trying to protect myself from the terrorist acts of the legal system and wrote another letter to my representative Senator Mark DeSaulnier on September 27, 2012 because Jane had set me up again and in fact, Jane did not inform me that I must be at the court hearing on September 26, 2012. Senator DeSaulnier did not stop them. (Copy of my computer documented letter to Senator DeSaulnier):

NEVER, did attorney Jane Elliot make a statement to the Court to protect me. In a letter dated October 10, 2012 from attorney Jane Elliot, she writes worthless statements in response to my desperate pleas and demands that she answer my questions as to why she did not, and had not protected me in a 4 page letter. She even goes on to say, "I am, and always have been, most sympathetic to your position in your civil case.", (that's a lie), yet, she NEVER explained to the judges that the charge must be dropped because my client, Perri Mink, did not threaten Judge Barbara Zuniga. Jane's firm statement needed to emphasize that Ms. Mink is traumatized by the heinous acts of the veterinary practice, Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc. et al, and she was SHOCKED by the judges and justices decisions, and thereby wrote a hypothetical case reflecting the cruel, inhumane, and degrading civil court's handling and bizarre and diabolical acts of the veterinary practice.. Anger is not a mental illness and the People v Mink case should have NEVER been a case. My client's sex life has NOTHING to do with seeking medical information about her beloved Chinese Pug, Elvira. Judge Barbara Zuniga was a Disqualified Judge and Justice James Marchiano NEVER heard her civil case Mink v Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc. et al or acknowledged that the defendant Roger Johnson had the propensity to hurt children as far back as 1998. If I were an attorney, that's what I would do for my client. I would follow the laws of California and the laws of this land.

When I was kidnapped for the second time on October 12, 2012, when Presiding Judge Diana Becton did me in, and two different Sheriff Deputies cuffed me and drove me to the Martinez Detention Facility and then the next morning transported me with other arrestees to WCDF, I continued to hand write letters to my representatives, to federal law enforcement, media, and layers in pencil and when they forced me to NSH I wrote in pen, which were their rules. I was experiencing continuing traumatizing effects of the barbaric acts perpetrated on me by the Cruel Court since I was first arrested in June 2011, and I was SHOCKED and disturbed at the bizarre, callous and inhumane response I received from my representative Congressman George Miller, and that he forwarded my letter to Congressman Mike Thompson, because, as he states, I reside at Napa State Hospital. I did not reside at Napa State Hospital, my home is in Concord California and I had written to him desperately explaining to him about the destructive acts of the legal system. There were only a few more weeks before my property would be taken away. He cared less about his community and country. Apparently he prefers a Third-World, Commie, Nazi-type, cult-like, mafia-style country too. (Scanned copy of U.S. Congressman George Miller dated March 4, 2013):

I had written several letter to Senator Mark DeSaulnier and Congressman George Miller before I was forced to NSH by the "Dog Truck". I told Senator DeSaulnier that he had permission to take care of my property and I informed Congressman Miller to contact him. I had also written to the FBI with their knowledge. While I was out on bail I had sent Senator DeSaulnier a copy of an incriminating voicemail phone message from "Bad blood" attorney Jane Elliot on a mini cassette tape. I NEVER heard back. So disturbing! Did Senator Mark DeSaulnier and Congressman George Miller conspire too, and that's why he refers to NSH as where I "reside"?

I had fought back against the Cruel Court from kidnapping me to NSH while wrongfully incarcerated. I declined to sign their release paperwork so they could transfer me. I wouldn't agree to the Sheriff Deputy that came to the WCDF explaining about going there, "That they had a bed there.", and "That they were trying to help me.", he said. I fretted, "You're trying to entice me.", in a distressed voice. Then they forced me to go to a court hearing at the Richmond Courthouse where Jane Elliot would be. The older, man judge was making sly threatening comments, like, I could go to prison for 3 years, and something to the effect that I would stay at NSH indefinitely. Then when I got to NSH and spoke with the OB GYN doctor, she insinuated that I could work in the garden. I was petrified. The garden is for admitted patients. I was forced there on the Mental Incompetency law for not assisting my attorney. They are CRAZY! Why would I assist a corrupt attorney that's NOT protecting my rights for fighting civilly against a veterinary practice defrauding me of almost $20,000 in an elaborate heinous veterinary fraud schemes where they secretly plotted to harm me and my beloved Pug, Elvira, and use her in their illegal dog lab, where I had to spend months and months, while I was physically injured by their horrific acts, to defend myself, my family, and my property. I was finally able to prove it by painstakingly going through Elvira's medical records, researching, investigating, reading law books, studying law, writing, and re-writing, and going to the last recourse available to me, which was the courthouse, as I had been directed by the California Veterinary Medical Board.

In August of 1995, Attorney David R. Olick filed a Personal Harassment case, Case Number MSC95-03541, against several defendants including Judge Barbara Zuniga, according to Contra Costa County Superior Court My Court Case Webiste (Click here for Olick v Zuniga My Court Case). According to the online docket, it indicates that the first Status Conference was in Dept. 02 which is Judge Zuniga's courtroom. Defendant, Attorney Georgia Ann Michell, filed motions about Olick being a vexatious litigant. As I look at the docket something awry was being perpetrated by Judge Barbara Zuniga against Olick because Olick was not appearing and eventually he filed to disqualify her. Judge John Golden decided on disqualifying her and the case was reassigned to a different judge on November 22, 1996. Do you see the hostile environment Barbara causes. Regardless of whether the parties are true or untrue, the judge is to stay impartial, but keep order, and diffuse conflicts between litigants because it's a civil court. That's the job of the judge. The judge is to stay separate of the parties. My experience with Barbara is she condescends and takes sides, acts out against who she doesn't like and uses her job position, power position, to act out uncontrollably. Judge Zuniga premeditated to torment me in her private "torture" chambers during my settlement hearing in February 2009 to get an adverse reaction out of me to fulfill her sadistic addiction, deprive me of civil rights, and obstruct justice. I proved that she discriminated against me with a letter from her clerk referring to me as "unethical" for my exparte communication through written letter, yet, the defendant's attorney was accepted with their previous exparte written letter to Judge Zuniga. You can see how much time, energy and tax-payer's money she stole and wasted during her court and how much more destruction she caused. Barbara Zuniga was never an attorney. And she should have never been a judge. She is a waste of tax-payer's money. If the CJP had done there job, probably hundreds of thousands of cases would have been heard fairly and just. I demand an investigation into cases decided by J. Zuniga because me thinks that it's possible that there are many illegal insider, conspiracy decisions on her part that are criminal.

Romans are a religious cult

I proved that Catholicism is Roman.

I proved that Justice James Marchiano is an Italian Catholic and studied to be a Catholic (Roman) priest and schooled in the Catholic Action and infiltrated into the U.S. government Legal System and practiced his religion, which is illegal.

I proved that Judge Barbara Zuniga is a Mexican Catholic (Roman) and connected to Mexican Women's Catholic Action influences and infiltrated into the U.S. government Legal System and practiced her religion, which is illegal.

I proved that the Legal System used their job titles, security clearances, jail, medical and mental health facilities to destroy me physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and financially for their own political, religious, personal ideas that also include that a domestic animal is for sacrificing and that's why they want to get away with illegally experimenting on unsuspecting client's pets, and social greedy endeavors that are not the American Dream.

Catholics practice Racism, is prevalent in America

"While racism is America's most persistent sin, it appears the American Catholic Church continues to be virtually silent about its significance in its seminaries, its parishes and in every other segment of the larger Catholic society," he said., quote from Bishop George Murry in the National Catholic Reporter's February 5 2018 article, "Bishop lays out plans for 'eradicating this plague' of racism" (Click here for NCR article). He also state, "...American Catholics have shown a "lack of moral consciousness on the issue of race" and urged bold action by the church to "break the silent complicity with the social evil of racism that has marred the past and continues to mar the present."

I had proved in my previous article that racism is happening in my community. The Catholics ramp up terrorist attacks to silence me from fighting for California laws, rights and for seeking justice. They are using people of color as well in their rampage to keep me from fighting civilly for justice, and some of the people are going along with them.

The Roman Catholic Church teaches, through behavior and words in their interactions, in punishment at home, in their schools, and in secret ways to get their people to be sociopaths, narcissists, to have Borderline Personality Disorder, and to be Sadists and Masochists, and they are to infiltrate into law enforcement, the legal system, politics, government jobs and businesses where they practice this way to get control and destroy those that don't go along with their power goals. They are taught to protect another Catholic if there is another Catholic and a non-Catholic questions them - to deny and close their complaint(s), to discourage and deter their reporting, and even go as far as to restrain their hands and arms, to strip them naked, to kidnap them, to hold them captive, to lie about them, to destroy them, to cover-up, and to get away with the illegal acts. The Cruel Court which is run like the Roman Catholic Church has taken over the California Judicial System. Catholics are Terrorists. Stop them! They are in violation of U.S. law:

Here's a 2018 case of a Contra Costa County Sheriff Deputy who raped inmates at West County Detention Facility; "...“unlawful sex acts with two female county inmates” at the West County Detention Facility...​", from SFGATE, "Contra Costa deputy arrested, woman says she and second inmate were raped", (Click here for April 5, 2018 news article) I also proved that the Legal System people are promoting and supporting sexualizing and raping in their work place and they are sexualizing unsuspecting people who need services.​ When I was wrongfully incarcerated, the first cell mate they assigned me to pushed me from behind one early morning and I went forward towards the door. We were not in lock down and I immediately walked out and reported to the male Deputy on duty. He said that he had to get the deputy in charge. The Deputy in charge did not follow WCDF protocol and never put the inmate into the separate lock down cell for inmates who violate jail rules. That Sheriff Deputy was Deputy O'Reilly, a female deputy. Demand that arrests and convictions be made against the judges, attorneys, doctors and law enforcement and anyone else who plotted and participated an elaborate scheme to destroy me and sabotage me too!

Why do Catholics think they are Virgins and Perfect even though they are Not?

From my learning through studies and happenstance conversation, I learned that Roman Catholics idolize Mary, Mother of Jesus. This is not a teaching of The Holy Bible, New Testament. For this article, I looked up their term, and they use the phrase, "Veneration of Mary".

For non-religious people, the secular, and people of non-Christianity, Mary is the mother of Jesus and she was a virgin even though she conceived a child, Jesus. This is a metaphor for the Messiah (the Saviour, Savior), Jesus, to be a human being in appearance, so we, as people, can relate and learn his teachings about behaviors that creates peace (Jesus, The Prince of Peace), understanding, truthful thoughts about yourself, others and life, the spirit world, and civil living, and through His relationship with us, as individuals, healing is achieved through spirit (not physical), but be separate because we must stay humble and not be Him, but to follow Him and take after Him. Also known as, "A Closer Walk with Jesus", and Jesus, The Truth, The Way, and The Life. The same concept of understanding for Mary applies to human beings rather than worshiping her. Although not much is known about Mary's life and there is a gap, a lack of information, while raising Jesus.

Nowhere in the New Testament does it say that you are Jesus, or Jesus wants me to have sex with you my child, or Jesus wants you to rape women, men, children and animals, or Jesus says that you need to demean women and that they are sex toys or mechanical objects that need to submit, or men are put on earth to participate in sexual deviance.

In my Part 2 Patch article, I define the different practices and beliefs for Catholics and combining the idolizing of Saint Mary, Purgatory, and Reconciliation (previously known as Confession) which encourages secrecy, denial, perpetual bad behavior, and sexual deviance mixed with Saint Mary the Virgin justifies their "Virgin" state even though they are not a virgin, therefore making them "Perfect" in their mind, defensiveness, and force regarding their sexual deviance and sex activities. It's scary to think that a judge (Catholic judges take the role of "Superior presiding Mothers" and "Fathers") would make decisions for me based on this belief system being that I'm not a person, but an object, and that I'm interfering with their money scheming. And we see the results of Judge Barbara Zuniga's court thoughts and practices - her relentless sabotaging me and obsession about me were to destroy me, and she did, to the point where her actions were aimed to kill me off, but I didn't die. I'm still alive. Can she be charged with attempted manslaughter?

The Legal System knew who I was and had to conspire, plot and nefariously get rid of me

My local legal system knew that I am a practicing Christian. They knew that I was facilitating Small Women's Christian Fellowship Groups (2 to 3 women) in Home Church (I posted evidence on FB). They knew that I had joined a Christian Singles Club because I had told them. They knew that I was not preaching Christianity and that I am a quiet (meaning, prior to fighting civilly for justice, I didn't talk much about myself, I am a listener, studious, DIYer, homebody, prayerful, healer), low income tax payer, single heterosexual, head of household woman, living with my beloved fuzzy family and that I did nothing wrong because in order to work in Rossmoor, Walnut Creek, California as an employee, you must pass a back ground check, and I did in the year 2003. I also had a clean record of no criminal behavior. Furthermore, I am the prevailing party (legal term) in the court of law which means I am the litigant to be protected in my civil case, Mink v Encina Veterinary Clinic, Inc. et al. Instead, Judge Barbara Zuniga, Commissioner Judith Sanders, District Attorney Mark Peterson, Sheriff David Livingston and local law enforcement contravened the laws because they don't follow the laws, just like the Roman Catholic Church. They warp words to undermine justice, such as, "Complaint" (legal term in Superior Court) is "suspicion", and "slandering" and the "victim" (legal term) is the "culprit" and the "cursed", the "blamed" and must be intimidated, suppressed, lied to, lied about, mocked, ridiculed, tortured, harassed, terrorized, retaliated against, attempts at humiliation (one who practices Jesus Way, is not to feel humiliated by evil doers), complaint shut down, unhelped, and obliterated so that the offender can get away with their illegal acts.

Their goal is no justice and no peace, and that's what they did and are doing to me. Their cruel, inhumane, and degrading acts are still ongoing and directed at me. From the time I was tortured by the veterinary practice to the beginning of 2017, I was speaking in a non-condescending manner, however, defensive at times even raising my voice out of fear, waiting for the government to correct my record, drop the criminal charge(s) and order my rightful settlements so I can heal and live my life. One aspect of their annihilation process is to torment and antagonize and ramp up the abuses to breakdown their target(s) good spirit and then they can say, "See, that's who you are.", never acknowledging that they cause people's breakdowns or who the person is for decades before you got trapped in their court. Most Catholics don't read the Holy Bible

Practicing Christians are to read the New Testament, learn, and follow The Way of Jesus. Were these legal system women and men raped and molested as children and now they can't speak appropriately or think rationally?

They also took my beloved Chinese Pug, Stella, who died shortly after I was kidnapped for the second time. The rescue group that acquired Candy and Stella shut me out and were somehow disgusted at my desperate pleas to take care of them until I could get out of the cruel government control. After I learned that Stella died, I asked for her remains because that's what a Pug Mom does and they were appalled at my cries for her too. After I was forced to NSH, the assigned social worker kept implying that I needed to forget my fuzzy family, obviously pushing her personal beliefs that my fuzzy family are objects to be dumped. Candy created an environment where Stella and I were healing. Below is a photo of Stella and Candy sleeping in Stella's pink donut bed that the cruel government stole. They also stole my very well kept curio cabinet I purchased with my legitimately earned money working for a car dealership in the mid-late 1990's. I displayed my horse figurine collection, about 200, mostly gifts given to me when I was a child. The psycho perverted, jealous gov people maliciously broke the legs off of some of them, and intentionally bent the top, decorative pewter​ piece of the lid of a beautiful beer stein that was a gift to me when I was about age 23 by a female sailor friend. The vile gov people stole one set of the beautifully hand carved people that attaches to the middle part between the buffet and hutch, and stole the top of the tea server where the two remaining hand carved people would be attached to, not including the pediment, of the exquisitely wood carved furniture that depicted the era of the Breton people with a Christian theme. I purchased this gorgeous and life-of-the-Breton-people furniture with the increased sale of my condominium because I completed home improvements myself with products that I bought at discount and at sales over several years.

The certain cruel and evil government women (men) also maliciously damaged my antique historical Belgium buffet/hutch that I paid for monthly, similar to a lay-away, until I paid it off in 2001, and then paid for delivery to my tiny "home" condominium in Pleasant Hill, California. Below are 2015 photos with the railing broken into little pieces, they removed the shelves and damaged the lower right skirt. They defiled the Belgium people.

They stole many more of my personal belongings including my precious and sentimental gold cross and necklace (I bought my cross at Macy's when I was employed there one Christmas holiday season in the early 1990's and my mother gave me the beautiful necklace in the late 1980's), the remains of my beloved fuzzy family members, Charlie and my beloved rabbit, Muffin. They stole my ceramic Nativity set that I displayed all year long, my Christian music including children's Christian themed CD's, Christian history books, vintage items that were my childhood toys, jewelry from our family summer travels and gifts from my mother's mom (my grandmother), mine and other original artwork, collectibles, such as, "Islands" magazine that I subscribed to since their first issue through the 1990's, the first year of Oprah magazine, my new office furniture (about 6 pieces), art books from my mom's era as a young woman, my personal arts and crafts idea book, my intarsia knitting, my in progress crocheted afghan, they broke my new Taylor guitar, my electric typewriter, and stole my zoom lens. They stole many books, all of my music books, including a big Elton John piano music book that was a gift when I was a teenager, all of my older cassette tapes I had nicely stored, most I hardly listened to, all of my KKSF radio Aids Relief music CD's and instrumental music, and it gets more bizarre and dirty. They stole my Christian Dior underwear (2 sets) as if sexual trophies, including other delicate underwear. They stole my bathing suit, bikini and tinier sun bathing attire too, which included a vintage bikini from the 1970's, all of which I could still wear at age 52. They stole my expensive sheets, including my Waverly sheets as photographed above, my animal print sheets from the 1980's, quality blankets and pillows, and other jewelry. They stole the majority of what was in my bathroom, including, fabric steamer, decorative angel bathroom holders and fountain, bathroom storage furniture, hair curling iron, beautiful two-layered shower curtain, and more. They stole furniture, including a vintage console and wood spindle back type chair, both, I bought at a thrift store in the 1980's, a gold wing back chair that was given to me when I was living at my condo, a large French veneered end table I bought at a consignment shop in 2004/5, my new, but more inexpensive furniture in my back bedroom including my decoration, such as, sconces that I installed, with a lavender sheer curtain and delicate decorative flowers draped through the sconces. They stole my exercise equipment. They stole a wood bench with storage that I had in my laundry area. They even stole the pillow. They stole my Revere Ware pots and pans that I purchased brand new at the U.S. Navy Exchange when I was stationed at NAS Whidbey Island, Washington state, when I was a teenager. They stole my Oster blender that I purchased when I was stationed at RTC Great Lakes, Illinois. They stole my new office furniture. They stole Stella and Candy's toys and storage containers. They stole Elvira's stroller. They stole my metal dog and rabbit fence type pens and a very nice dog crate and two well kept cat carriers. They stole my nice Halloween and some of my Christmas decorations and wrapping paper that was stored in a sturdy plastic, made for wrapping paper container. They stole my gardening supplies, plant pots, and special grow planters, and garden decorations. They stole most of my property in my outdoor shed, including my used racing bicycle that I had since the 1980's that was given to me. They stole my nice tools, including my circular saw, my powerful, electric Makita drill that I bought at discount. They stole my Dremel, and an electric sander, craftsman screwdriver set, saws, and other electric tools, plus much more. They stole my tools for my vehicles, including a tire air compressor, ramps, work lights, long extension cord, specific wrenches and similar tools just for vehicles, and more. They stole a brand new wood French door set with glass that I had packaged very neat and stored in my master bedroom closet. The woman (ex-Catholic "Bad blood" attorney Jane Elliot contacted to get my belongings) specifically asked me in a phone call at NSH, what was in that box. And they ransacked my home, because when I got some of my belongings back, everything was in different arrangements, such as my knitting supplies, my photos, and even one of my income tax folders was in some other box with items not even related. They went through my belongings with the intent to steal. They even stole my memory stick USB with court documents. Yet, I was told that they got all my personal belongings. Now I know they meant that for themselves. At one point, when I was forced into the court BHC program, she said that they were just doing me a favor. Pure evil.

We, as Californian Tax-payer's, have a right to know and expose the illegal goals of Judge Barbara Zuniga and all the other U.S. government officials, employees, and those they influenced in Contra Costa County, California and the nation, as to why they have tortured me, mocked me, harassed me, damaged my property, lied about me, slandered me, libeled me, sabotaged my interactions with friends, neighbors, business contacts, perpetrated espionage on an innocent person, and more. Over and over again they have denied me access to attorney representation for who I am, denied me medical and mental healthcare, terrorized me again, and continue to deny me my right to justice in case Mink v Encina Veterinary Clinic, et al, and retaliatory case, People v Mink.
